The Host Greeter at the door was immediately rude and nasty to me. I visited the restaurant on September 23 , around 1:30pm 2:00pm. The place was relatively empty besides 2 parties that were seated eating. I am from overseas and went to juicy crab to bring me comfort after receiving very unfortunate news wanted to eat at the highly spoke about restaurant . I asked the host may I get a table that isn’t near people since it was so empty she responded with telling me that I’m going to get whatever table she appoints me too. I didn’t get a “hello, how are you” or anything. Just waited until I spoke first and was nasty. Then she walked over to the server waitress and said “this girl is doing too much over a seat” . Not even being discreet so I wouldn’t hear.the waitress came over and asked for my order but at that moment, I expressed that o rather take Togo being that I was welcomed with a young lady with such a rude attitude. The waitress said “ok” walked away. She then came back and told me I got to sit in the lobby area since I’m not choosing to dine in. Which is fine if that are the rules but they were just so cold and un welcoming. Being that I had visited the restaurant from overseas and while I was seeking comfort food. They made me so uncomfortable that I didn’t even feel the comfort to taste their food. I left to another near by seafood restaurant found myself having a much welcoming appropriate atmosphere. I’m only giving them a 3 5 for the food because I “heard” the food is amazing. I will take everyone’s word for it and will not judge if I personally did not taste it. I will be fair with the food rating. Kid-friendliness: I did not get a welcoming attitude from the host nor the waitress when I decided to visit Juicy Crab Conyers. Their attitude was so distasteful, I didnt feel comfortable to eat at the restaurant.

The food was terrible today. The fried shrimp was unseasoned and all the breading was coming off it. Did not eat it so I basically spent money on food I didn’t eat. Waitress was nice but not attentive at all. I had to get up and look for her to get my sauce. Where I found her and 2 other waitresses at a table on their phones. Not to mention that we were at a table that was wiggly and had no napkins. Food: 1
