The staff seemed a little confused between the drive in, online orders and the counter. My order sat for over five minutes after I told them I was there because the counter staff apparently didn't know where to look or there was poor communicationwith the expeditor. The portions were acceptable and tasty but the customer service was lacking. Since I had to go out of myway to dine here I likely will not be returning.
I've had to call this location multiple times about the same issue. My salad is rarely made correctly, and when I reach out, I'm not offered any solutions. This time, I decided to leave a review. Typically, I'm told they are training new staff. My salad is filled with large chunks of white lettuce, there are barely any cucumbers, and the fried onions are nearly absent. Usually, I prefer to go to the other Conyers location or the one in Stonecrest to avoid this issue when I want a salad.
My 12 year old loves this, but the last few times we went the chicken fingers were so dry and hard we couldn't bite thru the skin. I feel like they were refried. Also, I feel like they rush through the order and repeat back what I said but things werestill wrong.
If you're considering visiting a Zaxby's, I highly recommend you avoid this location! This experience has pushed me over the edge. I usually order through the app to take advantage of their deals, but I've had issues every single time I've placed an order here. If my order is ready, it just sits there unattended for anyone to grab. And if it's not ready, even when I arrive after the estimated time, the staff seem completely clueless about my order! I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes! The employees act as if they don’t work there at all. I had to say "excuse me" at least five times before I finally decided to get in the order line. This will definitely be my last visit to this location.
