Cicis - Cookeville

I eat here on a regularly basis.I have been in twice this week.I went Sunday and today.Nichole the woman working the register and out front went above and beyond.Very customer oriented.Great customer service. Great attitude and very friendly!!!It isvery rare now days you go into a restaurant and actually have someone care .When she wasn 't working register she was wipingthings down and making sure everything was cleaned, even the buffet bar. Keep up the good work.

There were small pieces of food on the floor in front of the buffet line. Napkins on the floor different places. The music was quit loud. My daughter and granddaughter were with me from Ohio. First time they had been to a Cicis. They weren't impressed.The pizzas that were out when we got there weren't hot, but later on hot ones were brought out. The cinnamon rolls were reallygood.

Everything on bar was old, not fresh, salad tastes like a bag, pizza was hard, desserts were too hard on edges to even eat. For a Friday evening you'd think they'd have lots of hot fresh choices, nope. Sad because it was a good place to eat. Girl takingmoney barely said hi to me after I walked in and said hello first. Quality and service very poor.

The woman working greeted us quickly was so pleasant. The salad was fresh,. The pizza was good (cheese). Quite except when the kids started playing something in the game room.

Cici's have definitely stepped up the pizza game. It was much better than it was the last time I was there. My only issue is they couldn't keep up with having pizza out on the buffet.. short staffed I'm guessing. And the salad bar toppings really needto be chopped into smaller pieces.. just my opinion.. but over all it was pretty good.. well worth the money! Pumpkin spicecinnamon rolls are amazing!!!
