Kfc - Coon Rapids

I visited this KFC yesterday since we were nearby, and there aren't many KFC locations around us anymore. I waited at the register for nearly 10 minutes without any assistance. One employee was sweeping, while another was on break. I understand that many places are short-staffed these days, but this was excessive. Not a single person acknowledged me, so I ultimately decided to walk out.

I really enjoy KFC. It's a classic that consistently delivers. They also offer one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches, staying current with trends. Plus, their coleslaw is excellent!

The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was friendly. The menu had been updated, providing a clear visual representation of the dishes. Everything was served hot and fresh.

We ordered in store for takeout. Once we got home we realized the order was missing a chicken sandwich, all the dipping sauces and mashed potato side order. Very disappointing to get home and realize that a large portion of your order is missing.

One of the employees dropped my cup on the floor. She must've thought I didn't see this, because she handed it to me for my pop. I was having a good day, so didn't wanna complain. Dark-haired female employee in her twenties (I'd guess),middle-Eastern-looking. Why? Just why
