I ordered two chicken sandwiches without mayo, but instead, I received both sandwiches slathered in mayo. To make matters worse, my sandwich was ice cold. Please do better and take the time to listen to orders, or at the very least, repeat them back to ensure accuracy.
The service is incredibly slow. I've been waiting in this drive-thru for 10 minutes after placing my order, and I still haven't received my food.
You have to be some kind of special to work here. Tons of employees working all on phones or eating behind counter. They all look like the bathe in the grease. Never get napkins and always have to remind them for condiments after already asked. Repeat order constantly into poor intercom or maybe it’s just the worker. I wait forever for food, being the only one in the drive thru. Always cold and wrong. Everyone wearing mask incorrect since order put in place. Sure that’s healthy! All inbreds I’m sure.
Slowest drive thru in town ! Waited 30 min yesterday, so I showed up before the rush at 11:30. Here we are again almost 30 min today With one car in front of me! I had to say hello, 2 different times at the intercom to order so I complained at the window. She told me it took long to take my order because there was a customer at the window in front of me .... I told her I’ve watched numerous customers leave the line in the last 2 days and she replied with yeah we already have gotten a call..... This place would be a great investment for someone wanting to get in the fast food business Only place it can go is up
