While given the state of the economy they might not have much choice, I believe that staying open would have been beneficial for them. The staff, however, are fantastic—very friendly and welcoming. As for the catfish, it wasn’t quite what I had hoped for, so I still find myself visiting the truck stop for that. But I'd much rather support Jessie’s, so I hope they can improve the catfish and offer a great cocktail sauce. Perhaps they could consider having a weekly specialty night on Fridays to attract more customers. Fajitas would be a big hit in the hot summer months, or even a generous taco salad featuring fajita meat. It’s just a thought. I genuinely hope this restaurant thrives for a long time, which is why I’m sharing my detailed feedback.
