Chicken Express - Coppell

The Chicken Strips are very good, while hot, but once room temperatures are not so good. The normal chicken was pretty good. The Coleslaw and Rolls were fantastic! The service was great in the drive-thru. I love this location offering vouchers in the mail.

Very fast, good for lunch breaks, but not the freshest food. Good to go if you? You've increased prices since I last went. It used to be less than $10, but now it was over $10 and my offers were small.

Good chicken but last time the tea was going sour . And that is what there beal deal is amazing tea. Chicken is good but have to get the season packets for a little more flavor .

Today May 20, 2022 I thought would visit the Coppell locations give them another try for the first time since April 2021, however my visit wasn't what I was hoping it would be. I placed order for 4 pc tenders with gravy a roll, I ended up with 10 pcs of tenders that were old or overcooked by placing back in the oil as they left an oily film in my mouth my roll, no gravy. I will not go back or recommend this location to anyone I know. I feel a refund should be given for the poor food. I will say the young lady that waited on me was very cordial friendly.

I ordered the 25 piece family meal with two family sides and rolls. The chicken was great, but my rolls were just shoved into a bag and smashed. What was supposed to be a large mashed potatoes and large gravy was three small containers of potatoes with a teaspoon of gravy on top. When I called, the manager said that he would get us the gravy that we should have already gotten, but I would have to go back and get it. Why should I have to waist my time because someone else didn't do their job, not to mention everything else would be cold by then? So much for taking the night off and letting someone else do the cooking. Completely ruined my evening. ?
