Zoes Kitchen - Coppell

The restaurant has unusual hours, even though it claims to be open until 9 PM. I wish I could have enjoyed a meal there, but I ended up driving all the way for nothing.

I placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 4:20, but it wasn't ready until 4:40. There was no apology or offer for any compensation. Additionally, they were out of two of their side dishes, so I had to choose different ones. The staff seemed disorganized and lacked urgency. This restaurant definitely needs better management.

The food here is fantastic! The kebabs and Greek salad are outstanding. We always order the family kebab dinner along with extra hummus!

I give five stars for the service! James and Rocio were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make my experience special, and I am truly grateful to them! Keep up the great work, you two! The food was delicious as well. However, the music was a bit inappropriate. It would be nice to keep it PG for families with children. I personally wasn’t bothered by the curse words, but it could be unprofessional, and others might take offense.

Our catering order for a birthday party for 25 people was canceled on the evening of the event! They still have our $600 and haven't refunded it yet. I've called them for five consecutive days!
