Lil-tex - Copperas Cove

Great family square. We are here several times at any time of day. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and it was always pretty good. The staff is more and more friendly and the prices are very reasonable. In any case, you will see the long list of specials they have every day. We almost always order from the specials.

This is one them restaurants that is tuck away off the main drag with excellent food with very reasonable prices. We eat here several times a week and haven't received a bad meal yet!! Their Chicken Fried Steak is the best I found in the area so far, I have tried 6-7 different locations and keep coming back here, warning bring an appetite or go small, because it will hang off the plate

Nice place for big groups. Service is great. Good breakfast lunch and dinner. Tina was our server and she was awesome. Now we have experienced dinner. A Swiss Cheese burger with an over easy egg. Chicken fried steak with mash potatoes

Perfectly cooked eggs and waffle. The service was incredible. Old fashioned, small town feel. Home cooking.

Good place to grab some good diner food. I loved the prices and our service was good. Everything was pretty good, not the best but I will definitely be returning. This place stays packed and has plenty of seating. The restaurant is clean but the bathrooms weren’t, other than that it was a great trip and I will be returning.
