Love their Belgian chocolate ice cream and it’s always in stock at this location! I’m a loyal customer and the ice cream store is always spotless and have a friendly staff. Favorite Haagen-Dazs in Miami.

Loved the ice cream I absolutely love the customer service! This young lady Yesenia went above and beyond for me my kids, she was friendly answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. Pricey ice cream but it’s worth it! Love the tables they have outside to enjoy your ice cream relaxed on Miracle Mile. Will definitely return! Thanks again Yesenia :

Amazing location. Miracle Mile is always a great place to walk and enjoy the night life. Nothing more refreshing than an Aloha Mango Smoothie for Miami’s super hot summer nights... 4 stars because they need more staff, specially on weekends (they only have 2 employees on Fridays and Saturdays)

The ice cream was delicious and good variety!! 4 stars because the service was very slow, only 2 employees on a Saturday night. Cant blame the employees, I will definitely come back for more :

I took my son out for ice cream and we were really pleased! The ice cream was delicious, and they had a wide variety of toppings to choose from. The service was outstanding; the staff member assisting us made the experience enjoyable and exciting for my son. We will definitely be going back!
