Hillstone - Coral Gables

This is the best bar in South Florida. The atmosphere is unique, always happening, vivid, the good times are in the air. You can tell people are having fun and enjoying the moment. It is elegant yet casual and the service is superb. I love the food, but I like to est at the bar, because of its great atmosphere. There is never a dull moment ar that bar. Five stars all the way!

We live in Broward and come to Hillstone at least twice a month. The service is outstanding. The food is delicious with a great menu. We can't recommend it enough!

Hillstone had great, fast service and friendly staff despite the busy afternoon weekend hours. They just don't have any brunch entrees/deals. Would still recommend Hillstone :

Hillstone is a must stop American restaurant in Miami for both tourists and locals.The bar is a gathering place for businessmen and, even though it specializes in typical American dishes, they have a great sushi station worth trying. Some of its signature dishes are the baby back ribs and the spinach dip with cheese and artichoke. Just like its brother restaurant in North Miami (Houston's), Hillstone is always packed and people usually wait at least 30 minutes to be seated.<br/ <br/ What we liked the most: Chicago-Style Spinach Artichoke Dip
