Bidra med feedbackWe have gotten delicious sandwiches before for our events .Today however the sandwiches where like very thin no lettuce or tomatoes. AThe cheese was one thin slice of cheese and 2 slices of turkey.....not a sandwiche to take to a group of nurses that have been on the run since 630 am for an in-service that is our lunch hour. When got this before from Cleveland Clinic all nurses were very impressed with the great taste and presentation.Hope in the future if someone orders food for like 20 people it will be like it was not a stingy. Thin sandwiches. This is constructive advice. Thanks and go back to being a great sandwich that everyone Bragg about it
Love this place! Great food, amazing customer service, and the owners are so down to earth. They also volunteer in our community “Service Above Self”
This place is great, the food and service are amazing!
Poorly trained customer service. When asking the order taker for recommendations, he said he never tried the item I inquired about. I asked him about another item and he said he doesn 't eat most of the food here because he 's vegetarian. I respect that but give me feedback from other crew members or customers such as this is a very popular item . Chicken and soup were good but the side item was inedible. Will not return.
Very innovative! I never knew there could be so many flavors of Chicken Salad! Food is healthy delicious. Good ambiance too. I really like this restaurant. Staff seemed to be new to the job and a bit slow due to minimal incomplete training. In this low-unemployment economy it's hard to find workers, but when there's only one employee directly contacting customers, that one person has to be quick, correct, and courteous all at once. This requires thorough training and testing before allowing that one employee to directly contact customers. Alternatively, management should be right there guiding the new employee on every task until the new employee has attained a high standard of excellent performance. With a bit more attention to staff training, Chicken Salad Chick could easily become a 5-star restaurant and then start opening up new locations. The concept is certainly excellent. Team-building is going to be the key to its success.
