Dragon Pho - Coral Springs

We kicked off our meal with a selection of appetizers: Crispy Wings, Fresh Spring Rolls, Fried Egg Rolls, and Fried Shrimp. Everything was perfectly crispy and not overcooked, with the wings bursting with flavor—oh, that skin! The Fresh Spring Rolls were arguably the best I've had, and you could tell they were made to order because the rice paper wrapper was incredibly soft. For our main courses, we shared several Pho dishes and a couple of BBQ Rice platters. We tried Chicken Pho, Spicy Beef, Seafood, Steak and Flank, as well as a Vegetarian option. Everything was fantastic, but my top picks were the Spicy Beef and Seafood. The broth was simply divine, brimming with fresh, delicious ingredients. And believe me, they are generous with the protein! As for the BBQ Rice Platters, we sampled the Korean Short Ribs and the Rib-Eye Steak Platter, both of which were incredibly tasty. The marinade on the meat was spot on, and the portions were large enough to share. We ended up with leftovers; some took home Pho, and my friend Daphne claimed the remaining BBQ platter since it's her favorite dish here. I was thoroughly impressed with this place. Don't let its exterior deter you—this is far from your average Vietnamese restaurant. The food is authentic, fresh, and of high quality. As someone who frequently enjoys Vietnamese cuisine, this restaurant has now made it into my top five. Plus, they also offer delicious boba tea and shakes, which is a great bonus!

We had a fantastic dinner on Friday night. Currently, they offer both dine-in and take-out options outdoors, where you can enjoy a pleasant breeze from the fans on the terrace. The menu is accessible via QR codes, and you can conveniently place your order from your phone at your table. The Boba smoothie is a perfect treat on a summer day; I had the strawberry flavor and couldn't stop sipping it! We started our meal with delicious egg rolls and crispy chicken, paired with flavorful homemade sauces. The lemongrass tofu was the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked with a delightful crispy coating. The Pho broth is simmered for 36 hours, resulting in a rich and flavorful dish. I had the beef pho, and the meat was excellent. I enjoy adding a plate of fresh veggies and herbs to my soup for extra flavor. The staff here is friendly and efficient, always ready to help explain the menu and ensure you order exactly what you’ll enjoy. There’s plenty of free parking available on the premises as well.

Absolutely loved. Had the 3 types of beef bowl of Pho. Super Rich Bone Breadh the beef including Brisket Flank 1 more I don't remember the name of) was cut slice wafer thin. Clear rice noodles, crunchy bean sprouts green onions in a huge part. Very tasty, we took leftovers home. The next night for the salad, also delicious. Also liked the very clean decoration. Beautiful mural. Many parking spaces in this bustling shopping mall easily enough space for wheelchairs at the tables.

The food and boba is fantastic, caroline is an amazing host, she gave me my food and drinks in perfect condition, would recommend for anyone looking for quality pho/boba.
