Fuji Sushi Cafe - Coral Springs

I really like the food here, everything so far was delicious, clean and fresh. When I pick up my food, the lady in the front checks if everything is correct and if the order is correct.

So...I love sushi love it! And I have to say this place is good. Great service very friendly staff, actually feels like your at a friend's house for dinner. The prices are the best around. I will deff return and recommend.

Me and my wife have been grabbing food here for the last year and have to say one of our favorite local sushi places. Their bento boxes are so good for the price and very generous, see picture below of hibachi chicken lunch bento box. Their food has always been consistent, great local place to take out from. Thanks for all the great food!

Absolutely delicious! We tried this restaurant for the first time this week, and it was so good that we ended up eating there every day after. It’s definitely not the healthiest option, as a lot of the dishes are fried or greasy, but we just couldn't resist ordering again. I have to mention that the chicken tenders, chicken tempura, and honey garlic chicken all tasted quite similar. My parents really enjoyed the shrimp, sushi, and sashimi. We’ll definitely be back for more!

I ordered the beef teriyaki Bento box, roast chicken rice, and a side of sushi rice. Unfortunately, the beef was overcooked and tough to chew, and it was served cold along with the spring roll and gyoza. On the bright side, the fried rice was fantastic—full of flavor and didn’t need any added seasoning. Even though the vegetables from the teriyaki beef were cold, they still tasted great. Overall, I would rate the place 4 out of 5. The sushi rice was perfectly made for my musubi at home, with a well-balanced flavor of seasoned rice wine vinegar.
