Fyr Ice Asian Fusion And Drinks

Here for lunch with a friend, wasn't too crowded at that time. Ordered 2 bowls of rams with extra blows; 1 Tonkotsu and 1 Miso with one side of Kimchi. Service was friendly and had no problems with them. The Tonkotsu breadth was just ok; not the worst, but nothing great about it. Noodles were fine, but I feel like they were frozen by JFC or some other restaurant store distributors. Chashu was good and so were the Aji Tamago; beautiful balance of salty sweet with the runny yolk as they should be. My friend would later order an egg waffle ice cream. It was made fresh and tasted well. The only complaint is that the pocky in the ice cream tasted a bit stale. Overall, I find it a little mixed bag.

This place is definitely a hit or miss depending on when you come. The atmosphere is pretty nice and they got plenty of board games later out for you to play. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and it?s really good. The only thing I don?t like about it, is that the noodles are too hard and taste undercooked. The egg also has a very strong fermented taste. The broth however was extremely flavorful and delicious. The Pork slices were also very tender and delicious. The server said everything is made from scratch every morning so the taste and quality may vary.

The food and service is always good. The restrooms were very clean. The prices were reasonable. I would prefer more octopus and less flour in the takoyaki but it was good.

The food here is always excellent but recently their menu changed. The menu used to be visible on the large TVs above the counter, but ever since it was updated, they no longer have any visible menus in the store. There are qr codes plastered everywhere to pull up the menu but they did not work on my phone which made for a weird ordering experience.

So obviously you can't eat there right now because the world is coming to an end, but it's got an awesome atmosphere and it's really cool on the inside!!! It's got fun authentic looking art on the walls and a great look to it. Now let's get to the food. Now we only got I bowl of Ramon and some Buns, but they were DELICIOUS!!! We plan on adding this to our list of favs to get food from and can't wait to try the rest of the menu???
