Pollo Tropical - Coral Springs

The food is excellent the place is nice and well kept am very very clean. My husband is Dominican and this is his place of choice to eat. I was born in the United States can I enjoy the food as well. We have visitors constantly and we always bring them to this restaurant And they always enjoyed as well. This last time we went We ordered mondongo Mofungo Churrasco steak.And Alfredo penne pasta and chicken. All of it was delicious full of flavor freshly made And steaming hot.

I specifically told them NO BEANS on my chicken bowl and guess what I received.. BEANS! It?s so disappointing when u drive home after a long day and find out it?s not what you paid for. Some of us have food allergies and other problems you should be concerned about. Don?t just take our money. If you can?t follow a simple order, you should hire better employees. One time I ordered chicken bowl I got 5 small chicken pieces. What the F is that? I want my money back.

Okay i like pollo. I order it almost 2-3 times a week but this is the second time I got really really undercooked chicken in my topichop bowl and it just ruins the entire meal, checking each chicken piece if it?s cooked or not! I am not sure why this has been happening lately. I hope it never happens again. I really don?t want to stop eating from here.

Worst experience in a fast food place . Person who took my order was a older bald man with tattoos , one of them was a Jamaica tattoo on his hand and a rainbow watch. He did not let me finish my order and when i pulled up to pay he said ?**** do you want your food or not? he kept rolling his eyes as well.Remind you i was the only person in line so it?s not like it was rush hour.

Missing a item in my order. The chicken the tamales were dried.Not very pleasant .It is very desapointing. I tried multiple times to call the actual restaurant ,very difficult to reach someone ...
