Wingstop - Coralville

How would you response if your order was missing some items you’ve paid for and instead of getting apologies like other people’s experiences, you were told they didnt want to cook anymore because it’s time for clean up?Would you give up the money you’ve paid and just leave? How would you response at the awkward moment of their refusal? After hearing some decent review of wingstop, I went to try my first order last night. After being made to feel like a begger for asking for what I paid for, by the guy working the night shift, I will not be going back a second time. Their wings weren’t anymore special to be worth the experience. I do appreciate the considerate lady who was there, interjecting my awkward moment, saying she’ll do it herself.

I just ordered and when I received my food my fries was opened on top of chicken and the fries were SUPER COLD PLUS THEY ONLY HAD TWO people cooking with TONS OF PEOPLE WAITING please Focus on fries as well as chicken because the fries are

They have definitely Improved their service and overall atmosphere. Sergio was so fun to interact with and will definitely be coming back with friends!

Sergio was the best server I have ever had. He made sure that everything was perfect and delicious. I honestly will be coming back very soon because this is great food. I wish that lots more people knew about this place because it is amazing. Please give compliments to the staff at this place.Parking: Lots of spots right next to the front of the restaurant.
