Bagels Your Way Selden - Coram

Bagels are just average, more yeast and rise time would be an improvement. Doesn't taste like they're boiled prior to baking. The service is horrible. The biggest problem is gross inefficiency. They need 1or 2 people to cook more than 1 order at atime) , whoever is the fastest and one person to take the orders and distribute orders. Seems like the cook can only do oneorder at a time. Cashier takes 2 orders then goes to cook one. Meanwhile 6 people will be in line waiting just to place anorder for 10 to 15 minutes. You would think after seeing all these bad reviews they would step up their game and improve thebusiness to keep and gain customers make more money but not so.

Friendly staff. They happen to have ?Holiday Cream Cheese? I highly recommend it! It?s a subtle peppermint flavor. So good on a bagel. They also have pretzels regular shaped and candy cane shaped.

Bagels were still warm when they arrived!! Perfectly crspy and chewy on the outside so soft inside.

Cranberry Orange myffins are wonderful. as are all the muffins we tried. Don't miss the crumb cake either!

The hot cakes were light, fluffy, and sizable. They were absolutely delicious. The bagels were fresh, as if they had just come out of the oven. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant.
