I've been a customer since they first opened, but paying $26.86 for 13 wings and a small fries is not worth it. I won't be returning.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I travel to the Pittsburgh area several times a year for work, and I always make it a priority to order takeout from this restaurant. I've been to a few of their other locations and have had the same amazing experience. They serve the best wings I’ve ever had in my life. I recommend this place to anyone I know who is visiting the area. I just wish they would open a location in Cleveland! It’s the only thing in Pittsburgh that outshines Cleveland. GO BROWNS!!!!!!!!!

Over the last four months, I have consistently been served overcooked, hard food at your establishment. This is my first complaint. I can't get the meal remade due to a very short timeframe for food complaints. I'm not a local; I come here because you’re the only place in the area that offers nacho cheese on their fries, which is unusual, but I never complained because I appreciated it. I was willing to make the drive. Now, however, I plan to document every instance of burnt food I receive from this restaurant. If I happen to get a good meal, I’ll post that too, but up to now, the experience has been disappointing. My chicken was missing parmesan cheese, leaving me with oily chicken smothered in ranch sauce. I’m beginning to think that the person who used to prepare my favorite dishes either quit or was let go. My preferred wing flavor has only been done correctly twice in the last five months out of about twelve orders. That’s why I’m bringing this up; you drew me in with great food, but since then, something has changed. You’ve hired staff who cannot seem to get the cooking times, temperatures, or recipes right. I worked in the food industry for years, so I understand how stressful it can be, but that doesn't justify the poor-quality food being served. Now it seems like there are teenagers in the kitchen who are more interested in their phones than cooking. What happened to the experienced cooks who knew what they were doing just five months ago? I want their food back! Every time I visit now, there’s someone new at the counter. I truly hope things improve because, at present, the inconsistency in food quality is appalling. Half of the fries I could eat were still slightly crunchy and had dark spots on the ends.

Some of the food here is really good but the lack of professionalism is enough to knock it down pretty hard. I tried to eat lunch here today at 12:30pm on a Friday and the restaurant is completely closed, no sign on the door or anything just closed. Plus what kind of restaurant only accepts cash? Honestly this whole place feels like a drug front. It’s also very dirty inside. They are still using paper checks, no computers. In general this restaurant seems to match the town it’s in, it’s dirty and ghetto with very little effort put into it. Again it’s a shame because some of the food is pretty good, but the complete lack of pride from the owners really shows.
