La Felice Pizza Pasta - Coraopolis

Staff was pleasant, my order was finished on time. And most importantly it tasted delicious.

I would have given zero stars for this place which was my favorite pizza joint until this new management took. They are not on time, deliver the wrong order and have no courtesy to call back to refund or correct the order. You trust the person delivering the Pizza and don't open the box at the door. This is a mistake. Lessons learned with this place is not to order again.

Placed an order online that never showed up. Called to see where my food was and Almen (if that’s how you spell it) yelled at me and said they system was down. Like it is my fault or I was supposed to know that it’s down. Then she refused to let me speak to the manager.

Used to be great. Not any more. An hour and forty-five minutes for bad, cold pizza. Will not be ordering again.

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive. They forgot the ranch for the wings, salad and side that I was charged extra for. Then it took them another half hour to deliver the ranch dressing. And conveniently the manager wasn't there either!!
