Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cordova

As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to find plenty of herb-based options available. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious!

I recently visited a particular Chipotle location for the second time, and once again, they were out of ingredients. This time, it was vegetables, cheese, and corn. To make matters worse, I had to wait for the chicken, and they didn’t seem willing to accommodate customers for the delays or the lack of ingredients. Overall, this location is poorly managed, consistently disappointing in terms of both ingredient availability and customer service. I believe it's worth the 7-minute drive to the branch near Wolfchase Mall instead.

This is my first time in this place, and I thought they had a good job in service. The food was hot and fresh and was very good. I liked the chicken especially because it was delicious, well cooked and not dry. The restaurant was decorated in a modern industrial style. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. There was a good number of people in the line when I arrived, but it moved quite fast.

Ordered online for 7:45pm pickup. Got there at 7:35pm and my food was already made. Thought this was great until i got home and found that it was cold. Had to reheat it which wasn 't so bad but I set my pickup time specifically to have hot food... 3/31/21 Gave them another chance. Ordered online for pick up at 8pm. Food was not ready until 8:30pm. The quesadilla picture is what I received. I won 't be back...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed skilled in passive-aggressive behavior. To make matters worse, the food was far from appetizing—quite unpleasant, in fact. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I suspect I may have gotten food poisoning, as I witnessed one of the staff members exiting the bathroom and handling food without gloves; I doubt he washed his hands afterward.
