Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The staff were fast and friendly! My order was spot on, the fries were warm, and the burger was exceptional! I can't wait to return. I would rate the friendly staff highly—it's rare to find such excellent customer service!

3 stars for average experience overall/room for improvement. Freddy's has excelllent custard. They do that well every time. The problem is they rarely have all of the ingredients in stock (rarely have PB and this time no bananas either). Drive through was a bit slow but that's to be expected these days with staffing shortages. They forgot the whipped cream and cherry on both shakes but i noticed and they added them so no problem.

Can't eat there if they aren't open. Seriously, what kind of establishment that truly wants to stay in business closes up at 6pm, that's in the middle of the dinnertime rush for most places. Tuesday night I drove 10 miles to eat at Freddy's Cordova location. Arrived just before 8pm to find a handwritten sign taped to the door that said closed at 6. Drove from there to the Bartlett store to find all the chairs up on the tables like they were closed too. Ended up going to Five Guys, they appreciated our business, unlike Freddy's. Love the food, but you can't sell it if you're closed during peak times.

My food was hot and delicious, and her burgers were perfectly seasoned. I also loved the chicken tenders, and the wait time wasn't bad at all.

The food wasn't fresh and fell below average. Everything was served cold, and the sodas all tasted flat, likely because the CO2 machine needs calibration. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. This was our first time at Freddy's, and it will definitely be our last! I recommend dining somewhere else.
