One Only Bbq - Cordova

Over peppered to be honest. Not your traditional brisket. It's more like shaved deli meat. Could be I'm from Texas and brisket is done differently there. Staff was super friendly and place was clean. Not sure if I would try it again but that's not due to anything this business has done. It's more my pallette. I would recommend this for others to try. The quality of product was on point.

Banana pudding was just alright. Not a huge serving for the $5+ price tag. I had to mix the wafers in and let them soften overnight.

I am giving One Only BBQ catering a 1 star because I couldn’t give it a 0 (zero) I live in a different state and was hosting a dinner at a hotel in Germantown, TN. I did a catering order with One Only BBQ because I got a great recommendation from a well known artist. I was promised by Elliot, the catering manager, that the food would be on time, hot ready to eat. The food I ordered would be enough for 40 people, and I would also get plates, napkins and forks. My order included 2 Pyramid Packs and 1 Game Pack. …The driver arrived an hour late. The beans, ribs and pork were cold, and the ribs were burnt dry. I did not get the 10 slabs of ribs that I ordered – not even enough to fill 1 pan (a chef that also attended the event confirmed it) Instead of giving me the bread that came with the order, they substituted with Hawaiian rolls. 30 minutes after everyone had eaten the driver came back with thin paper plates and 2 sauces. Having a room full of hungry people …we were thinking quickly and ordered a pan of delicious fried chicken from Kroger on Winchester and bought dinner plates. I was so disappointed in One Only BBQ after spending close to $600 dollars on our catering order. I had over 9 phone conversations regarding this catering order/delivery and… One Only BBQ has yet to offer a solution. I would NOT recommend One Only BBQ for your special occasion catering needs.

The atmosphere was great and our host was very nice. The food portion is huge.. You can really share. My husband said his food was delicious. I had the fried chicken wings and devil eggs. The fried chicken was very good and the deviled eggs were fine. I had already eaten before I got there and just wanted to spend some time with my husband. Visited: 12/3/2022

The pulled pork sandwich was very good. The barbque sauce was good as well. The coleslaw and deviled eggs are lacking. Those recipes need to be revisited. I ate one egg and discarded the remaining three. My son had a 1/2 slab of dry ribs. He never commented on them so I'm guessing they were mediocre. Again my sandwich was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
