Το Καντούνι - Corfu

Nice place only 50 m from the main road, so very quiet and cozy. The service was excellent, the food was quickly prepared and we enjoyed it. Orders from Greek specialties. Good place for lunch! At the end of our lunch we were given melon slices.

We had a simple but lovely meal at this restaurant. My fiancé ordered the pastitsada and I had the fried calamari and Greek salad. The pastitsada was gorgeous and so was the Greek salad! We were told before ordering that the calamari was frozen but we wanted to try it nonetheless. I have to say the calamari was not great but still didn’t take away from the experience.

Nice place, as touristic as all the other places nearby. The ally is quiet and the waiters are kind. Food is good (although not exceptional). Would I recommend it? Yes! Would I look for another place next time? Yes!

Great location in a little side street/square. Came looking for another restaurant and saw this was more cute. Prawns, €19 for 6 with salad and they were not big either, more head than body! Slightly disappointed as they also didn’t taste that fresh either, compared to what I’ve had here.

2 stars for the tables outside and the space. The garçon was also polite and professional when he was not gossiping with random people that was passing by. I eat a beef, that was actually veel and my girlfriend eat the calamares that had no condiments and no flavour. The fries in both dishes were raw and full of oil still, we couldn’t even get the Mayo on the fries because of the oil. Save yourself time and eat in the restaurant in front of this one…
