East Side Mario's - Cornwall

My family and I ate at East side’s last night and had the BEST service. We were a large group of 11 and our waiter, Geoff, didn’t skip a beat. He took my allergy seriously and even watched the kitchen to make sure there was no cross-contamination while my food was being prepared. Geoff was so kind, friendly and thoughtful that he made our experience one to remember. Thanks Geoff for your professionalism and thoughtfulness.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free selection is very good.

Food was not as good as I remembered it. Alfredo tasted like jarred sauce and pasta with tomato sauce was very bland. Wanted to have an after dinner drink, but the Bartender was hands down the worst I've ever experienced. We waited about 15-20 minutes waiting for him to take our drink order before just getting up and walking out. Mind you we were the only people sitting at the bar. Will most likely never go again.

The service we received from our server was outstanding. We never had to wait for our drinks, and the food arrived promptly and was delicious. Our server was attentive, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything and promptly clearing empty glasses and dishes. Overall, excellent experience!

My family and I, who are visiting from out of town to see our grandchildren, recently dined at ESM in Cornwall. Our experience was made extra special by our server, Camrin, who was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our young grandsons were taken care of. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the service was outstanding. We were so impressed with Camrin that we requested to speak with her manager to commend her. We will definitely be returning to ESM in Cornwall on our next visit, and we hope to be served by Camrin again. Thank you, Camrin, for a wonderful dining experience!
