Costa Coffee - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

Me and my daughter went to Costa in St.austell. we orderd 1 small chocolate brownie frappe with cream and one medium chocolate brownie frappe with coffee and cream. we got left overs from the person infront of us. Didn't even look nice, no brownie no chocolate. I'd gotten the same drink in truro 2 hours earlier and the difference between them is exponential. Will never come back here again.

Coffee of the usual Costa standard which is fine. However the window seating area table ledge is sloping so when cup is placed on it spills over. The terrible part is the toilets they are filthy. Even after a member of staff went in with cleaning equipment for 60 seconds. Hope the kitchen equipment is cleaner.

Popped in for a quick coffee to take away. Always polite happy staff who deal with you quickly and efficiently.

Busy, but it always is, not always easy to get a table. It's loud so not the place to go if you want a quiet coffee. Good range of cakes though and they are yummy. Love the coffee too.

I went there and the staff was awful I am vegetarian and nobody knew if the drinks were suitable for vegetarians. They made me and my friend feel terrible about ourselves we felt really intimidated by the staff.
