Jack In The Box - Corona

Went thru drive thru nobody took my oder drive thru and see the 2 girls standing there talking making a shake so I went around again still nothing left across the street to put gas as I was leaving saw 5 cars in the drive thru went back finally got myoder taken and fries where cold and hard not even room temp they where actually cold

I used to like this location, not their fault but ever since the pandemic they've been short staffed and as of June 6 2022 this is still the case. Drive through only 90% of the time

I visited two different locations because the first one got my order wrong in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the second one also messed up my order. The employees were consistently rude and didn’t seem to communicate or listen well. If you use the drive-thru, make sure to check your order, as they often forget items.

I was very hungry and really wanted to try the jack tacos here, but I was left quite disappointed. They tasted bland and unappetizing. To make matters worse, when I asked for ranch dressing, I only received one packet in my order. Seriously? What am I supposed to do with just one ranch? It’s frustrating! People go to restaurants because they’re hungry—at least I hope they do. I feel like the emphasis on calorie counting is ruining the dining experience for those who just want to enjoy their meal. I don’t understand why people choose to go to Jack in the first place. Overall, my experience was poor, and I won’t be returning. Also, it’s ridiculous that you now have to specifically ask for napkins and other essentials.

I've been visiting this place since 2019. The staff is friendly, and they usually get our orders ready on time and correct. Occasionally, we do get some overcooked hash browns, but that can happen at any fast food restaurant. Overall, the food quality is on par with any other Jack-in-the-Box.
