Main Street Deli - Corona

First Off ive read a lot if not most reviews, and these low reviews must have been in and out days. I and my wife came here for the first time and we are very happy with the food and service. The young man was happy to see us and even had a 10-minute conversation with us. Very sweet young man. I'm back. And prices may be high, but wherever you go, you'll pay more.

One of my all time favorite deli's. Fresh and made to order. My favorite is a ham and swiss on a squaw roll.

I tried to call them 4 times at 3:00 on Tuesday to see what soup they have because they don't seem to have a website or list their menu anywhere. No one answered and I think I have to find somewhere else to order.

I was in the neighborhood and thought I would try this place after seeing pretty good reviews online. $13.74 later I got a 9? Turkey sandwich on squaw bread, with avocado. I regretfully could of bought a much better tasting sandwich at Jersey Mike?s for less. The bread was too hard and lacked a lot of flavor.

After reading so many raving reviews, I thought that I would try this place. First off, the staff behind the counter seem bored out of their mind, and your mere presence annoys them. I was not greeted, and since I had never been here before I scanned their menu board hoping for some direction. I ended up ordering a sandwich that I hated. It wasn't even just ok. The bread was dry and tasted old. The meat lacked flavor, and the veggies were definitely not fresh. Needless to say my almost $10 sandwich went into the trash after just a few bites. Main Street Deli is nothing more than an expensive Subway. There is nothing unique about this restaurant. Save yourself money, and eat somewhere else.
