Wendy's - Corona

My family frequently orders from this restaurant. However, today our takeout order was incomplete and no one at Wendy's is answering the phone to address the issue. I will be disputing the charge on my card.

The staff is alright. My order was somewhat lost, but the manager fixed it. The issue with portion size wouldn't be a problem if they got the orders correct. Then, the manager was only on a personal call in the restroom. The other stall was locked and wouldn't flush. This place needs better discipline.

I recommend this place highly. The burgers and fries are excellent, the service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant is very clean.

Every time I got this wendy. there are always laughed employees with a good time. but food orders are wrong. hmm?

The manager took our order and she was extremely rude. She was very unprofessional and when we checked our food to make sure it was all there (I’ve gone places including Wendy’s where something is missing or wrong) and she just stared us down the entire time with a very mean look on her face. Would NOT recommend anyone going to this Wendy’s.
