Coronado Brigantine

The food and service was great! I ordered the scallops and they were cooked perfectly; I’ve never had scallops cooked so well at a restaurant before!!

Very limited on where we were able to be seated had just closed a couple of areas. Food was hit and miss my French toast was not “hot”. Probably sat before coming out. Friend enjoyed her omelet, husband did not (some of the shrimp were not cleaned). We shared a bottle of sparkling wine, all three of us ran out of water (not one refill during service and it was NOT overly busy). I thought I included husband’s birthday on reservation but nothing was said about it. Maybe I forgot. Have been disappointed with this Brigantine location the last couple of times we’ve eaten there. There are plenty of other choices here in Coronado.

We arrived early for our dinner reservation so we sat at the bar and ordered a drink and appetizer. The atmosphere was pleasant and the waitstaff were friendly and prompt. Afterwards we were seated for dining. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine that was also on sale the day we dined. Overall it was a delicious and pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend and return.

Ordered the Nachos... they were AWFUL..... all they were was potato chips with cheese over the top..., very disappointed. Then, I had the Happy Hour chicken slider, which filled grit ... Overall, the food was subpar for Brigantine.
