Sun Deck - Coronado

This is the more casual dining option at the Hotel Del Coronado, so the menu prices reflect the location. The views are stunning, and the service is excellent. While the menu is somewhat limited, everything is of high quality. So why only four stars? Well, although I expected a simple, light meal, $35 for three incredibly delicious tacos and a Coke feels a bit steep. For our group of four, with what we ordered off the lunch menu, plus two cocktails and two soft drinks at 4 p.m., the total was quite high, especially with the tip included. I'm just glad I was on someone else's AmEx for this meal, as it was a requested stop by one member of our party so we could all dine together. Otherwise, I wouldn't splurge on this myself. There are plenty of fast and affordable spots in Coronado that won't break the bank.

We spent the day in Coronado and decided to stop by for some drinks while enjoying the live music. We didn't eat, but the drinks and the atmosphere were great enough to make us forget about a few things. Haha! It's a nice spot!

Check it out! The service here is quick and welcoming! This is a fantastic spot to have a drink and take in the sunset. I highly recommend visiting, even if you're not staying at the hotel. There are plenty of seats available, and the drink prices are reasonable for the enjoyable ambiance.

Excellent but high quality food, beachfront, with excellent staff. Make sure a light coat for cool evenings otherwise there are many heaters on the deck to keep you comfortable. The day views are picturesque and there is always a light breeze. People watching is a fantastic website sports

Went here on a Sunday afternoon for a quick bite. The food was good but overpriced. You’re really paying for the views and despite it being cloudy outside it was still nice to be out there. I will say the service was top notch and our server had a bubbly attitude!
