Panda Express - Corpus Christi

Experiences here are hit and miss. Mostly a miss. My most recent interaction here I had an extremely rude Rude dude in the drive thru line. I pulled away and I had ZERO napkins, ZERO utensils, ZERO fortune cookies. Just a box of food. I had to go back for utensils so I could eat my meal.

Ordered 3 plates (fried rice-beef Broccoli-string bean chicken, fried rice-double orange chicken, chow mein- string bean chicken- kung pao chicken through the drive thru. When I got to the window they asked what I ordered and I repeated my order. Only 1 order was correct. The other 2 were a mess. I called to ask what can be done he said I had to drive back there (22mins and return the plates so they can give me my correct order. I stated I should keep the plates since they were making me drive back and he said as per store policy they could only give me 2 eggs rolls. I said okay we'll figure something out when I get there and he hung up on me. (Drive thru had a long line and I just wanted to get out of there and for everyone else to get their orders fast. BTW the questions or concerns (pandaexpress.comconnect at the bottom of receipt seems to be invalid

I made it and I made it. Never had any problems. I love her chow mien it is a dry noodle, it is not with a lot of sauce like other places. Love her Com-Pau chicken and her honey walnut shrimps. Food: 5/5

Bad service, tiny portions, broccoli and mushrooms did not even make them deserve 1 star food: 1/5

Food is always good but the service is horrendous. I’ve had one person only to ever be happy and joyful. All others act like they don’t want to be there!!
