I am a U.S. Army veteran who cut this big country (2 twice, and became a lot of these locations of operative partner (Nancy Mendoza). Whataburger 2424 Baldwin Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78405. In which the bill was $27.59. My family and I just left the hospital that one of our family members needed attention. I made a decision to stop at this Whataburg site of 2424 Baldwin Blvd, 78405 for the first time to feed all @2254hrs. We drove two cars, and I was on the phone with my wife to place the order, so I heard everything. She placed the command in the Drive-Thru and we left. We stayed about 2 minutes from this place, and wanted to sit at the table as a family and eat. When I arrived at the house, I noticed that the order was completely wrong. We ordered a 32Oz and 16 Oz chocolate shakes, they gave us strawberry. Both of them greased as if they mixed the old frits with the new batch when we asked them to drop fresh frits. The whole meal experience was terrible, so I called the number on the entrance (361 883-1753 many times. Nobody ever answered and was not a choice for voicemail. This **** was given to the dogs, and we were very dissatisfied. I woke and called the (361 number again many times start around 0223hrs, no one answered at all. I wrote these call times on the back of the receipt, all of them. The next day 14 Jan, 2023 I had a break and swung through the location. When I arrived, I asked to talk to a manager. The woman named Maria said I was, and how can I help you? I calmly explained what I wrote above, and that was the worse Whataburger experience I ever had in the wrong time. I was not looking for the previous meal to be properly fixed, but later when we all sit and eat as a family. As it should be, I only made contact. Maria told me that the (361)
What burger more like a waste of my personal time on a Saturday. 20min wait with empty lobby and when the chefs checked for food, they never said they were received order. So they returned with more money, then we paid like idiots. Everything wanted our food. 20min wasted and still hungry. What a joke
Overall service at this location has gotten better. The cashier's employees in the back have been more attentive as of late. My order has been right seemingly fresher than a while back. Lastly my order has getting out quicker than it used to.Food: 4/5
They are probably the best whataburger crew I've ever had. And I just ordered online! Usually the online Togo orders suffer when a business is busy. But for this place that couldn't be further from the truth. They were out of an item I ordered and when I got the call the manager spoke with me directly and apologized and fixed what problem right away the best they could. My order came perfectly and fresh. Will definitely be ordering from this location from now on.
