Bidra med feedbackI had an exceptional experience today I was assisted with my order with an employee by the name of Melly and she really knows her stuff she took care of me and her hospitality is outstanding I will definitely be back to this Whataburger because she mademe feel as if I was the only customer in the building high 5 to Melly doing great on the job
This location has gone downhill. Drive thru line was long and took forever. We ordered 2 large fries and I'm pretty sure we would've gotten more if we would have just ordered a medium size. The boxes were halfway with old oily fries. We receivedtomatoes on our burgers when told not too. My sweet tea was hot and had no ice. This is the second time that we were left downby this location. Not sure if there was a change in management but they need to get it together.
We were there for a minute. We have hamburgers and onion rings. It was very delicious. There was a very sweet lady who bought our food to the table. Very nice atmosphere, good food, clean. Food: 5/5
Waiting from 11:38 to 12:00 on a mobile order. Manager called out my name and did not receive my order before the rush. 3 mobile orders went out after they called my name. After waiting and talking to someone else finally got my order that was bred and tagged next to the fry station they still managed to add onions to a simple hamburger. With 6 women who hand orders2 managers to the fry stations and somehow could not manage 1 single order yet.
Every time I go to the SPID site, they are always on!!! Stop hiring children who have no interest in work. had to have my order repaired 3 times!!! Just so it is cold!!! It's always a recurring thing.
