Whataburger - Corpus Christi

I'm writing this review while stuck in the drive-thru line. I've been waiting for 30 minutes—since 6:35—and it's now 7:05. This is the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had, especially since it wasn't busy inside.

The staff at this restaurant displayed a level of ignorance that was shocking. I wouldn’t be so critical if I hadn’t walked in and overheard them shouting loudly in the kitchen while using inappropriate language, including taking the Lord's name in vain. Hearing that as soon as I entered was not an ideal way to start my experience. The swearing continued throughout the twenty minutes we waited for our order, which we had placed ten minutes before arriving. The employees responded to our questions with blank stares and a disinterested "ugh, ughh, yeah," which was not reassuring at all. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I ordered a No. 2 with cheese, large onion rings, and a large drink. Instead, I received a No. 2 with cheese, regular fries, and a regular drink. When I brought this issue up at the drive-thru, I was informed that I would have to wait a long time for them to correct the order. It was clear they just wanted me to accept their mistake and leave. I did, but I won't be returning to this Whataburger location. I’ll be sharing my experience with all my friends and family as well. Given the prices Whataburger now charges, I expect much better service.

Got our food and it was cold . Coffee wasn’t even hot. I expect a lot better product from them especially since they advertise made fresh!

Waited for 45 mins and order was wrong!!!! This was not the first tim, but it is the last time we will order from here.
