I worked here for 5 years, won a grill in a draw for Store Manager, never got my grill....?

2nd time i came in to order food, late night. Man named Colt working. Very slow. And instead of doing my order right away, he said I had to wait while he finished doing what he was doing because he was ?multitasking? and still has a lot to do for the night? same thing yesterday night when I came in as well? when my fiancé said something and asked for our food to start because we have been waiting 10 minutes before he said something. After he did say something to the employee he had an attitude while starting our food. I then asked how long will it take for a slice of cheese pizza to be made. He said 10 minutes because he?s by himself and he has other things to do as well?.. we come to crosbys very very often? and this kind of experience is starting to get old and irritating?

Myself and the community would really like our slushy machine back. I used to look forward to a slushy puppy every day on my way to work. Please bring it back there is plenty of room in the store and you make alot of money on them

Called 6 times and they didn't answer around 6:30, Great pizza when you can get a hold of someone to order

They are supposed to serve subs/pizza/mac and cheese bites etc. until 2am but there is one guy who tells me the fryer is down all the time. a lady told me its supposed to be on until 2am and when i told the guy that he said oh its being cleaned. it was 11:45 pm and my boyfriend just got out of work, we would of liked some food.
