Chick-fil-a - Corsicana

Customer service was terrible! Jasmine and Juan were rude! Ordered the spicy deluxe meal! Chicken was overcooked too crispy! Jasmine was the manager I talked to when I called to let them know the chicken was overcooked! She acted like she was puzzled about the chicken being overcooked I asked to speak to her mananger,she then lied and said she was the manager! I ended up talking to hee manager Juan, and he offered just to replace the sandwich and to give me a cookie, which I declined and said that all I wanted was my meal replaced, because I would have to burn my gas to drive all the way acroos town! They talked to me like I was not a paying customer! Terrible service , terrible experience!

Very busy but they are experts at good service so you hardly notice. Delicious chicken sandwich! Tried a side salad in place of fries today. It was very good.Restroom was clean.

I ordered two bowls of chicken soup, and they were amazing! The lady taking orders in the drive-thru has such a quick and lively way of speaking, it's like she's in a rap battle with Cardi B!

Food was delicious. My husband had the number one deluxe and later a shake. I had the chicken soup which I'm really enjoyed and it could coffee. That's where the problem came in. The coffee was the worst I've ever had in my life. It was absolutely so strong I could hardly drink it and it was very bitter. I added two stevias and three creams. Then I added three more creams. Then I wouldn't ask them for two more stevias and three more creams. I finally added four real sugars. Horrible. Poured half of the coffee out, ordered an ice cream and added to the coffee. This is something I do at a lot of places but unfortunately this time it was a waste of good ice cream

This is the most ghetto Chick-fil-A I’ve EVER been to on top of my food always wrong or something missing and for Chick-fil-A in general I’m flabbergasted bc this isn’t like them, but this store is so unorganized and the customer service is awful.
