Collin Street Bakery 7th Ave Corsicana

This place came highly recommended by some dear friends. I'm glad we stopped. They have a ton of options to meet your sweet tooth and breakfast needs. They also have gluten free options. I tried several items and was pleased with them all. The staff were southern sweet tea sweet.

We had a great experience here, and appreciate the two women who answered our questions and told us their favorites. It's not just fruitcake, folks. They have very good pecan brownies, chocolate pound cake, apple pie and great homemade lemonade. I also had a blast from the past seeing Ice Box cookies, haven't seen those since I was a kid. There's something to be said for a bakery that serves the classics. In a time when we're all tired of over-paying for things, this place delivers on quality food and service. Added bonus, they have a patio outside with tables to enjoy lunch. It's worth the stop in this historic town.

Wonderful selection of baked goods, delicious coffee, great customer service, and nice clean restrooms. A very relaxing, must-see stop if you are anywhere close to Coriscana!

Nice bakery. Great pastries, and different kinds of fruit cakes. Exorbitant prices. For instance, about 22 dollars for a mini fruitcake. Most stuff you don't need. Good bathrooms.

Very small, but great selection. The brownies are amazing as are the white chocolate chip cookies. They didn't have slices of fruitcake but they had samples. I feel like the samples need to be a bit bigger to get an accurate taste. I couldn't bring myself to spend $22 on a mini with the tiny portion I tasted as I've never had fruitcake before.
