Brix Brick Oven Pub - Cortland

The quality of the food has declined, since I was there a few years ago. Hamburger and bun both hard as a rock. Stromboli with raw uncooked green peppers was not so good either. The others in our party agreed it has gone downhill. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, which attests to the lower quality of the food. I hope they improve, back to former standards.

Great food and great atmosphere. Overall great experience. Food was excellent and pizzas were delicious! Only complaint is that they seemed a little understaffed, but the food compensates for the wait, at least for me.

Good food, generous portions, reasonable prices, inattentive staff (even though the place was almost empty on Wednesday at 9PM). The tip suggestions on the payment machine start at 20% and there 's a $20 'buy the staff a round ' option on the menu optimistic! If they hadn 't ignored us, it would have been 4 5 stars...

We had a nice dinner. We ordered the mazzarella sticks as an appetizer and then for our meal we went with the caprese brick oven pizza (was really good with the pesto and balsamic glaze). And the appetizer quesadilla was enough for a meal. Nice time. Def wil come back.

Great building and decor, really nice employees. Food was good. Had the chicken, bacon ranch pizza. It has either tomatoes or sauce which was different than I'm use to and I'm still not sure I liked it
