Friendly's - Cortland

We only had one meal at this restaurant, but it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent and served quickly. I ordered the braided short rib sandwich, and the meat was tender and flavorful. Our waitress, Marnie, was extremely polite and attentive; she even came over to ask if we were enjoying our meals. It was clear she genuinely wanted us to have a great dining experience, and our expectations were certainly met. The location is convenient, with easy access from the highway. I highly recommend stopping by to check it out!

The staff was excellent, and the food was delicious. I do wish there were more dinner options available, as the menu mainly consists of sandwiches. Nonetheless, I would definitely return.

This restaurant offers some of the best burgers and ice cream in the Northeast that you absolutely have to try. The staff is fantastic, and the food is delicious. Opting for takeout would be a great choice as well!

Hit the spot! Food was good, waitress was good, like the rest of the restaurants, had to wait a bit due to short staffing. One waitress to cover the whole dining room. Very disappointed in the size of the sundaes we ordered. $7 for 2 small scoops...

Marnie was so kind, and so attentive even though things were so busy. She took extra care to bring the kids food out when she noticed it was ready so they didn’t have to wait for our whole big order. She was amazing
