La Locanda - COSENZA

I received a recommendation to eat here, and I am glad I decided to come. La Locanda is fairly large and very lively. It isn’t the cheapest meal you can find in Cosenza, but the menu is ample, the food is tasty, the service is warm, and the atmosphere is fun. I enjoyed everything I ate, maybe most notably the baccalà con cipolla di Tropea. The paccheri con tonno al sugo di pistacchio merits a mention as well. The staff was accommodating of my poor Italian. Recommended.

I spent my second business lunch with sales agents in this restaurant. The second times as better than the first one ! The environment is inspired by the old local tavern and the menu is on tradition with fresh ingredients. The local red wine is perfect to enjoy the meal.

The expectations were great, but I was very disappointed... Pizza is not that good as they say, and the meatball starter was very poor and with low quality ingredients.

High quality thickness of the products and right kindness by the staff. These are the fundamental elements that push me to return to this place in order to be able to swallow the various dishes. every time I'm close to things the inn has become a fixed stage. a plauso goes to all the staff of the waiters, especially to manuel, courteous and professional boy, who reserves to all customers a nice but at the same time fine and elegant treatment.
