ARC Food & Libations - Costa Mesa

The ambiente is half dark and the music is incessant. the server wear all black and the atmosphere is like a dressed vampir. we were not impressed when we first came here, but now we knew what we expected. the steak and the salmon we're excellent. we're coming back.

This was a last minute decision and it met our requirements. they have a varied list of food choices and everyone has not disappointed us.

The kitchen was so loud. the chefs often walk and smashed and muddy pots. love eating and eating there often. recommend that the owners quiet the kitchen.

Date night with my wife. we had a fabulous time. Drinks and eating were amazing.

Had a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Great food, great service and fun atmosphere.
