Kfc - Cottage Grove

My last order was the best KFC Ive ever had! Really tender, and perfectly cooked chicken, flavorful seasoning with perfect amount of crunch. Gravy was thick and delicious. Very impressed.

The chicken was a bit dry, as if it had been in the heat for too long. It wasn't terrible, but I've had better from KFC.

12 pc. Nuggets And Mac and Cheese were delicious. I didnt get my dipping sauce though...

In the three years we've lived in Cg, our order has been correct only twice! My husband loves KFC, but when we ordered Large Mac and Cheese, we ended up with mashed potatoes (as shown in the picture) and no gravy; that's just ridiculous! I want to emphasize that the employees shouldn't bear all the blame. They simply perform as they’ve been trained, so the fault lies more with poor management. Whether it's the owner/operator or a corporate-run establishment, it's unfortunate that they don’t seem to care! The only reason they manage to stay in business is because of the convenience for travelers. Everyone we've spoken to locally has expressed that they won't return. Just a heads up: if the freeway were to shut down, this place would definitely struggle.

The chicken was excessively dry, making most of it inedible, and they forgot to include the biscuits.
