Starbucks - Cottage Grove

Very rude employees, customer service is really poor. Traci and Karla are very unprofessional. Drive through is always super slow anytime of day. Will not be giving starbucks my business anymore.

This Starbucks is the worst one I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s the only one near my house. They can never get my drink right. I ask for no foam and I get a mouthful of foam every time. Today, once again, mouthful of foam and they forgot my syrup so, I basically got milk and a shot of espresso.

It was sad. The barista poured salt onto my caramel ribbon crunch frappachino. She also got coffee grounds on the cup that got on my hands, and didn’t put the lid on properly so it dripped all over my hands. Very sad :
