Bidra med feedbackAlthough we generally like Subway and don't order often, we have consistently been let down by every online order from the Cottonwood Shores, TX location. Our most recent order was missing a key ingredient from the sandwich, which was the main reason we ordered it in the first place. Unfortunately, we didn't realize this until we got home, as the sandwiches were not labeled on the outside wrapping. We are unsure if this recurring issue is due to understaffing, a large number of orders, lack of familiarity with the menu, carelessness with online orders, lack of available food items, or the difference between ordering online and in person. Despite the convenience of the location, we will not be returning and instead will take the extra time to go to one of the better-reviewed Subway locations in Marble Falls. We have expressed our disappointment directly to Subway and hope for improvement in the future.

Recommended dishes include cookies and grilled chicken.
This location's major malfunction is their lack of ability to answer the phone!!! What happened to customer service
