Papa John's Pizza - Cottonwood

This Papa John's Pizza location is great. Not too far from all of the main shopping areas on the Southside. Plus a great friendly efficient crew who really seems to care about getting your order right the first time and getting it done quickly. Lately I've noticed other Papa John's restaurants seeming to lose track of quality. This location is the exception!

So thankful for the service of Jerry at this location. Such a great person. Always make it a point when in town to order for pick up just to say hi to Jerry. The pizza was delicious. The brownies are amazing, just like Jerry! We are from Tucson. Just wanted to share my great experience.

I ordered pizza from here for the first time since it opened, and I must say the food is delicious and the staff is incredibly friendly! I've noticed quite a few negative reviews from people complaining about long wait times for their orders. Honestly, what do you expect in the first few weeks? Everyone and their mother is ordering pizza all at once. I always try to give new restaurants a few weeks to work out their kinks and establish a solid system. I really hope those who left negative feedback will consider giving this place another chance. The food is definitely worth it!

I ordered wings from the store, but they accidentally sent me BBQ wings instead of Buffalo. When I called to let them know, I spoke with the owner. He offered to replace the wings, and I asked if I could pick them up the next day, which he agreed to. Not only did they replace the wings, but they also gave me a free pizza! It was a fantastic way to take care of their customers, and the pizza was delicious. John's is now my favorite pizza place!

I just had my first pizza from this place, and it was fantastic! I ordered online for convenience. When I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile, and my pizza was all set for me. It was a delightful experience. I'm so happy we have a Papa John's in our area now!
