Bidra med feedbackThe coffee is consistently delicious, and the service is prompt. The staff is very friendly, making for a pleasant experience. There is ample seating for everyone, and the location at a crossroads makes it easy to access. The outdoor seating area is nice, especially in the sunshine.
I had the best experience at Starbucks ever! The person at the drive-through was incredibly informative and even gave me a wonderful compliment. I wish I could remember his name—thank you!
The staff is friendly and consistently accurate with orders. However, I've noticed that during drive-thru orders, they can come across as a bit rude and impatient. They often ask, "Are you done yet?" after each item, even if it's just a few drinks and a croissant. It feels like they are upset with us for ordering multiple items and are eager to rush us through the process.
The manager of this Starbucks is not doing their job. This Starbucks is always out of product. No Apple, No Chai etc. There is no sign up )which would be the managers job) letting people know before they enter the drive through that they are out of product. So what happens is you get stuck sitting in the drive through even though you didn't order. You have to wait in the drive through just stuck there because people behind you. If this were my store I would be ordering product making sure we don't run out. Please bring in a new manager.
I come here often, and 20% of the time, I actually get what I order. They're either out of something or just make a mistake. Right now I'm sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes so far. They're out of what we wanted, so I'm wasting my time for nothing. I feel like they could put out a sign that the store is out of a popular item so it can be seen before you're trapped in a drive through. Management here doesn't seem to be proactive at all in employee training either.
