Ruby's - Country Club Hills

I've been here twice since I visited Chicago. This place is so good. I just came back to visit and I definitely had to come back. The food is seasoned and so good! Hospitality alone. I love the feeling of being welcome and that definitely make you welcome.

That was delicious! I have recently opened Ruby's Soul Food Restaurant in River Oaks Mall Food Court in Calumet City, IL. I enjoyed the roasted Welsfilet dinner that included my choice from two sides and a Cornbread muffin. As you can see, I chose the scratched greens and Mac-n cheese. The food had delicious taste and nothing was fat or excessively rich. Yus

My husband and I left a friend's funeral and stopped at Ruby's. Sure. The food is very good. My husband, however, said that his pork was somewhat too hard and we ended after the stainless steel cutlery in contrast to disposable plastic. One of the toilets in the women's room needed cleaning inside and outside. But Ruby's also has about 5 stands and six tables with four chairs each. In addition, there is live entertainment - not the time/day since Ruby's is a little way from home. We'll come back when it goes on.
