The cooked products are fresh and even if the boss is alone cooking service there is not too much waiting and he goes out pretty well. The choice is limited and the kitchen is simple but good and effective. For example dish simmered in sauce in winter and duck magret or game in autumn. Finally, the price... quite correct. Good reception by the boss. Book before coming because the chef who is the cook takes only the reservations because he cooks his kitchen at the minute when the guests arrive in decay.
