Beachwood Cafe - Courtenay

Unfortunately, I discovered today that not all hollandaise sauce is delicious.

Steak and eggs was amazing cinnamon bun was really big and tasted really good but needs some icing to make it perfect !!

Breakfast is always so good here but not this time. Me and my partner didnt even eat it it was so bad. Hungry man was gross and so was the skillet. Hash browns were hard/stale and one meal had no onions in the hash browns. The meal smelt bad and it wasnt appetizing at all. Im not sure why it was so gross this time but its disappointing because I liked this place.

Outside a little from cleaning, but very satisfied we were as excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Best eggs we had in Canada.

If you have problems with the stairs, go somewhere else. On my last trip to the area, that was a favorite. The ship is sailing. My food was good, but someone in the kitchen was on speaker phone with a child at 200 decibels. I have no idea what language, but it was to scream at my companion. It went for the whole meal. Over an hour. I can see why the place was empty. I get headaches.
